In January 2025, Hanyu Co., Ltd. and Hanyu SK ETS Co., Ltd. were selected as "Youth Job-Friendly Strong Companies" by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

 

The Youth Job -Friendly Strong Company program is a government initiative aimed at promoting youth employment. Public institutions directly evaluate companies based on factors such as wage levels, working conditions, talent development performance, corporate credit, growth potential, and stability to select outstanding small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-sized companies that young job seekers prefer.

 

Through this initiative, job-seeking youth gain access to high-quality job information and employment opportunities at excellent SMEs and mid-sized companies and Hanyu’s affiliates are also actively participating in efforts to promote youth employment.
